Services and Requirements
Below is a list of some points of interest and some requirements of the Bacci String Quartet:-
- Gentlemen of the quartet wear dinner suits with bow ties, the ladies wear formal black.
- We arrive 15 minutes prior to the starting time to set up.
- Enough light to read a book by is required.
- Armless chairs are to be provided.
- If outdoors the instruments need to be in shade.
- No deposit is required. Payment on the day is appreciated.
- Arrangements of requests:-
a)From a CD. Fee $80 (CD to be provided, will be returned)
b)Piano score to be provided. No fee. Sender must own original. - Breaks of 15 minutes per hour as follows:-
1 hour: no break
2 hours: 1 break
3 hours: 2 breaks
etc - Bookings can be made by the half hour, after the first hour.
- Meals are to be provided for bookings of four hours or longer
- Cancellation policy: Once a booking has been confirmed by email or phone, cancellation within one week of the event will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fee. This must be paid by direct deposit.
- Wet weather: In the event of wet weather we are prepared to move to an alternative venue for the same period of time, given sufficient notice (call 0403442215). If there is no wet weather alternative venue and it begins to rain once the booking has begun, the client must still pay the total fee of the booking on the day.
